Another slow news day
For you journalists out there, there’s a reason everyday is a slow news day, even when a building has been blown up. (that is, of course unless it was an American building, because apparently Americans are interested in what happens to them.)
It didn’t used to be that news stations had 12 hrs each day of broadcasts to fill. As TV network empires flourished, news did not....

When I type “lol” on AIM, I am not actually laughing out loud. It’s just a reflex.
Kind of like how I say “thank you” to things when I don’t really mean it.

World Community Grid
There’s a great project going on right now that I encourage everyone to look into. It’s the World Community Grid research project.
